The core objective of this one day workshop is to explore and understand the fundamentals of change management and how leaders play a role in any change initiatives. Our instructor will provide the attendees with tools to systematically analysis change and facilitate change to deliver faster business results.

She has considerable experience on the assessment, strategy, design and implementation of projects various industries. Agnes’ functional experience incorporates the following: Sales and Sales Operations, Operations, Customer Service and Inventory Control. She is often the business hat on Information Technology transformation projects with a focus on people impact. She has been involved in designing customer focused business models, detailed business processes, organization design, technology requirements through to implementation. Agnes has consulted to clients in the Broadcast, Distribution and Warehousing, Education, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Marketing and Construction.
With degrees from the University of Toronto, Indiana University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, her passion for learning contributes to numerous professional designations as Professional Engineer, Lean Black Belt Professional and ADKAR Change Management Practitioner. With her latest Change Management Institute Canada Lead appointment, she is determined to spread the word on Change Management best practices.
