I. Choice: the Most Powerful Model in the World. Stimulus does not always have to lead to a “Standard” Response when we get more conscious about our choices.
II. Effective Questions: Learn how to empower and lead through systematic use of Effective Questions; Leaders help people invent and discover their own best answers (their own changes) to the challenging opportunities and problems they encounter in work and in life. Effective Questions generate net forward energy for you, your teams, your organization and your partners. Learn the powerful Effective Question that you can use every day when difficult and unexpected challenges arise in your work.
III. Net Forward Energy: Managing your own mindset and that of others to create positive action in teams & in organizations. Learn to create “net forward energy” and to engage and flip negative energy.
Participants in this first-of-its-kind training event will have an opportunity to join an emerging online All Teach, All Learn community of leadership practice and will get straightforward, practical easy to use tools that will help:
• Achieve more results with less effort
• Bring more fun and “upward-spiraling” positive energy into your work environment
