We are kicking off a BRAND NEW cooking series in our Teaching & Processing Kitchen!! Every month we will host an adult cooking class focused on seasonality with a local guest chef.

To launch this program, we're pulling out all the stopped with the help of our long-time supporter, founding board member, and nationally celebrated chef, Ouita Michel! On this evening, she will be highlighting a variety of ways to prepare local SQUASH in classic Thanksgiving dishes.

You won't want to miss the chance to enjoy cooking demonstrations from this renowned and personable woman, partake of yummy tastings, and a glass or two of wine in our new Teaching & Processing Kitchen. Make a night of it, get a sitter, and call your friends to join you! Plus, all proceeds from this serious go to support FoodChain's free youth cooking classes for our neighborhood!
