You're invited to the first virtual Community Meeting for The Kelsey Civic Center in San Francisco, California.

In order to ensure meaningful development, design, and engagement of The Kelsey Civic Center, we must hear from YOU. All people are welcome to attend, we specifically encourage those who currently or have recently worked and/or lived in Civic Center, Western Addition, SOMA, and Tenderloin neighborhoods.

Across from City Hall, The Kelsey Civic Center will be a vibrant urban community offering 100+ homes for San Franciscans of diverse abilities, incomes, and backgrounds. Driven by disability inclusion and committed to racial equity, The Kelsey Civic Center seeks a development process that listens to and partners with future residents and current neighbors of the adjacent neighborhoods. Estimate move-in date for future residents: 2024.
Key features about The Kelsey Civic Center:
- AFFORDABILITY: Homes for a range of incomes, from extremely low income (paying less than $500/month rent) to middle income housing
- ACCESSIBILITY: 25% reserved for people with disabilities. Entire building is universally designed and adaptive.
- INCLUSIVITY: Inclusion Concierge to connect residents, the community, and supports
- SUSTAINABILITY: C40 Global demonstration project for a resilient, healthy, environmentally-friendly future
