About this event

Healing the Mind, Body and Spirit!

Kemetic Yoga is a type of yoga that is very healing and regenerative. It is fundamentally based on the science of ancient Egypt and inspired by ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. Its main focus on self-discovery includes movements that are geometrically progressive and breathing techniques that specifically focus on healing and self-care.

Join us at 8:30 am for Kemetic Yoga and meditation. All participants must bring their own yoga mat, bottled water and towel. (No mats or towels will be provided) Please be advised when we reach maximum compacity the program will be closed off to the public so, plan to arrive at 8:30 am.
