Event description

Description

The JOBS Act (Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act) provides opportunities to fundamentally change how start-up and early stage businesses can raise money in the United States by legalizing stock sales through on-line crowdfunding portals, broad advertising, and other simplified SEC mini offerings.

What are the real life implications of this new Act? We have an amazing panel representing the viewpoints of venture capitalists, funding portals, and lawyers who will discuss practical observations on fund raising under the new JOBs Act.
