Barry is renowned as one of Irelands top experts in sports nutrition and has been leading the way in modernising the dietary recommendations for the endurance athlete
Bryan is a 35-year-old cyclist and triathlete and Current Irish Ironman record holder and national duathlon champion. Bryan availed of Barry's expertise a number of years ago and he feels it has hugely impacted him as an athlete.
