For the month of October 200 scarecrows are invading Forest Park to raise money for the Historical Society of Forest Park and the Forest Park Art Alliance.

It’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3

1. Order your kit(s), get one or a bunch, create a whole scene! Order early before we’re sold out!
2. Pick up your kit(s) at Garage Galleries on August 27th
3. Decorate your scarecrow(s) and display them in front of your home or business throughout the month of October.

*Your previous scarecrow(s) can be on the map again for only $10 you will also recieve a sign to put with your scarecrow.

Kits include

• *Instructions on how to finish
• *Wooden frame
• *Head and plastic bag ready for stuffing; cable tie.
• *Sign (one per address)

Two head options

• Paint your own face - $35 includes paint (several colors) and a paintbrush
• Pre-painted face by artists for an extra $15 (available as a ticket add-on)

We will publish a list of all locations prior to October 1 and provide an opportunity for the commuity to vote for their favorite scarecrows throughout the month.

There will be prizes for winners in several categories.
