Event description

Description

We continue to explore upcoming section of DVN's Community Wide Plan, Intersections. In our last Advocates Group training of 2017, we explore the intersection of mental health and domestic violence. Mark Sattler, Director of Comprehensive Outpatient Services for Aspire Indiana, presents. Our discussion will include the capacity of DV shelters and other services to address mental health issues and common mental health outcomes for DV victims and survivors.

**Please note the change in location. And thank you to Zachary Alexander of CHIP for help in securing a larger, more comfortable space for us!

**A detailed agenda will be sent to participants prior to training. We have had some feedback on our evaulations that folks were showing up at 8:30 expecting the training to begin right at that time. Training begins promptly at 9AM, after a half hour to sign-in, get your coffee and breakfast, and network with your fellow advocates.

**This space is wheel chair accessible. Please let me know if other accommodations can be provided to make this training accessible to you!
