The Indies (Independent Brokers Group)

The Indies was started by Crip Erickson with Erickson Realty, in 2018. As an independent broker working alone he missed certain aspects of working in an office environment and decided to assemble a group of like-minded independent brokers where they could discuss hot topics, market challenges, and best practices, and ultimately have fun while learning from each other in a safe, pitch-free, mutually beneficial environment.

There are only 3 requirements to join . . .

1. Brokers must be independent, small offices. Rule of thumb, if your office is big enough to hold your own meetings, then you probably don't need or want to attend the Indies meetings.
2. We encourage full participation by members. This is achieved simply by showing up for meetings, answering emails, or generally being available and helpful.
3. You also must be a member of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS in good standing.
