This session is an accountability check-in for real estate agents interested in growing their business through activities and not assumptions. Every week we check our previous week's events based upon our goals for the year. The design of this environment is to help our fellow agents stay on pace with their goals through group accountability.
We track the following numbers:
KPI's - Key Performance Indicators of your business. (Contacts, events, hours of activities, etc.)
Appointments Held - This is a 1st-time appointment with a buyer or a seller.
Contracts signed - This is a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement.
Days Practiced - # of days you practice your scripts, dialogs, and presentations.
Agents outside Keller Williams are invited to attend.
