The Holiday season can bring joy, laughter, warmth and to some of us a rise of Grief. Because of the nature of love being a focus point at the holidays, it is often challenging to manage the loss of someone in our lives. The pain does not recognise if it was this year or ten years ago. We also have a rise of Grief within us for other reasons during the holidays, such as grieving challenges that have developed of the past year, a diagnosis or a loss of financial security, or a loss of a relationship. Grief can manifest into agony, the lack of movement in your life that draws us near and close to depression.
