Description

If you haven’t heard of this classic Provençal fish stew, we can’t think of a better time to learn! Master this full bodied, richly flavored stew combining multiple fish and varying spices. We’ll cover how it is made, what fish to use, and its classic garnishes. Lastly, we will tackle the Aioli made in mortar and pestle that combine to make one of the classic (and delicious!) dishes from Provence.
