About the speaker:
Kelli directs evidence-based training services for local community therapists, teachers, educators and daycare providers in the Nebraska and Iowa regions. She trains therapists in the mental health model Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) in NE and IA, as well as conducting this therapy with local families. Additionally, she trains teachers/educators and daycare providers in a similar model entitled Teacher Child Interaction Training (TCIT) in both states. She was originally trained in PCIT in 2009 by Dr. Cheryl McNeal from Delaware and has been serving hundreds of families in the community in the model since. Kelli began training licensed therapists in 2013 in the PCIT model, continuing on her sixth group currently. She is trained in TCIT by Dr. Emma Girard, UCDavis University.

Kelli began implementing TCIT into the LaVista and Omaha Public Schools districts the fall of 2015 and trained the Council Bluffs Community School Preschool program in 2014. She currently has trained the sixth group of daycare providers in the local community as well.

Kelli is a Level 1 trainer of PCIT international and a Master trainer of the U of I PCIT training program. She is a master level ACES trainer and trainer of the Reflective Supervision program. She has been trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) in 2016, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in 2009, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing in 2006 and Circle of Security in 2012.
