Christopher Sayegh, better known as The Herbal Chef will be taking the guest Chef spot over at Frontier Restaurant led by Chef Brian Jupiter the night of May 20th, 2019 for a 7 course tasting menu.

Chef Sayegh will be speaking on a panel at the National Restaurant Show regarding the new market about to hit the Chicago legislation. This is a perfect time to experience a dinner put on by the team.

About Chef Brian Jupiter: Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Executive Chef Brian has always believed that comfort Southern food is a true art form. Pulling inspiration from closely held family secrets and recipes, Jupiter spent his childhood along side his grandmother in the kitchen. In 2003 Jupiter made the move to Chicago, to fill the role of Chef de Cusine, and eventually Exectutive Chef at Narcisse Champagne and Caviar Salon. In 2010 became an integral part of the menu development of Frontier as the executive Chef of Pioneer Tavern Group.


About Chef Christopher Sayegh: At his core, The Herbal Chef™ is a passionate science and biology student who turned to the chemistry of food plant medicine, to feed the intellectual side of his creations. Among the first professional to enter the new industry, Christopher Sayegh has pioneered Infused Fine-Dining in an effort to elevate the perception of marijuana through mainstream media. These activations include art, music, fine wine and top notch ingredients, simultaneously and effortlessly educating his audience while entertaining them with culinary enlightenment. Currently, Chris is producing gourmet edibles, as well as catered and private dinners, as well as leading the charge in culinary education. With the innovation of Chris’ infusions and ongoing stardome in media, Chris has already been able to solidify his space as the #1 infusion chef in the world. With a seemingly endless supply of passion and drive, Chris has his sights set on leaving a positive impact on the world through his medium of choice, food.
