The Heart of Winter Light Sound Bath

During the darkest days of the year, this sound bath centers you back into the warmth and wisdom of your heart space. Soft, nurturing vibrations guide you into a state of calm presence and gentle openness.
This is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with your inner light, cultivate compassion for yourself, and restore emotional balance through sound.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM
What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
