About this event
In Part One of the Heart Blossoming series, Amanda will help and guide us we exploreing the anatomy of the human heart, the poetry and symbolism of the heart, and how the heart can be seen as an analogy for the different emotions that we all feel during our lives. And…we will also look at paintings inspired by that beautiful organ keeping you alive…the heart.
During this discussion, we will learn the benefits of noticing your emotions and living more from the heart are increased joy and awareness of positive emotions. This also helps cultivate more compassion for difficult emotions as well, trusting that this too shall pass to build emotional residency for the present times we are living in.
Part Two of the Heart Blossoming Series, we will experience a yin yoga practice designed with different poses to open the heart with different visuals with aspect of the heart by using visual imagery and symbolism.
