The Healing Retreat: Embracing Softness & Building Sisterhood

Inspired and hosted by a group of Black women who are therapists in the Greater Toronto Area and understand the importance of creating spaces that promotes authentic connections for Black women to be vulnerable and authentically rebuild community.

Rejuvenate Black women’s mental health and well-being through wellness retreats that restore community connections and grounding to emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellness.

Mission

To curate holistic healing retreats that support Black women’s mental health, healing, and abilities to nurture authentic community and sisterhood in the Greater Toronto Area.
