Now an extended, more comprehensive program with a team of practitioners working together. The Gut Reboot will provide you with the information and resources you need to take charge of your health and your body. Learn why the GUT should be the first step in any health program or detox protocol. If you have never “cleaned your gut”, you are way overdue and it may be seriously negatively impacting you and your ability to get well, be well, and stay well. We will be reviewing the basics of your GI system (gastrointestinal system) and providing a variety of resources to relieve built up stress and toxicity in your gut, lifestyle habits that support your gut health and well-being, and tools you need to repair and heal your incredibly important inner ecosystem. Learn how foods can either harm or heal and gain knowledge and power in how you view food. Join our supportive environment led by a team of holistic practitioners and coaches that have united to help you succeed. While weight loss is a very common positive side effect, this is not the “goal” of our program. As balance is restored and health is able to be expressed in your body, you will see lasting changes in weight, energy, vitality, aging, and for many, less of a need for drugs and symptom-treatment.
Since introducing this to the practice, many patients have reported positive experiences from increased energy and focus, weight loss and improved digestion, normal bowels, less asthma and allergies (completely gone for some), improved mental health with less depression and anxiety. From a physician’s view, common improvements in biochemistry include improved blood sugar and insulin levels, decreased total cholesterol, normalization of blood pressure, improvements in common conditions like heart disease, autoimmunity, infertility, depression, ADD/ADHD, IBS, diverticulitis and even cancer.
Cost of event for early bird registration is $15 per attendee.
Born and raised in the Georgetown Market family, the building blocks of health were implemented early on. She continued to build upon that foundation through in depth study of the human body and anatomy and received her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2007. After a personal struggle with her newborn son, her studies into functional medicine led her deep into the workings of the gut and how to heal it. She is now passionate about sharing the tools, resources and creating the road map for others to heal their gut and begin transforming their lives and balancing the inner ecosystem.
