Event description

Description

We've teamed up with our friends at Townhall to bring you all a free screening of the documentary, The Gut Movie, followed by a panel discussion with Dr. Tara Scott and Dr. Jerrica Sweetnich.

We now know that there are more organisms living in our gut than there are cells in our body, and these organisms can influence different systems and processes in our bodies, from our immune system to our hormones to our neurotransmitter production.

From the documentary:

"With expert commentary by leading gastroenterologist Professor Thomas Borody, molecular geneticist Dr Margie Smith, immunology researcher and expert Professor Mimi Tang, naturopath and chiropractor Dr Damian Kristof and more, The Gut Movie provides an insightful yet entertaining look at the explosive research of the gut & its impact on human health."

“The future of medicine may lie somewhere completely unexpected, somewhere only few have dared to look so far, somewhere so farfetched and bizarre that only now in the modern world are we beginning to investigate it… poop. Yes, in our poop.” – Kale Brock, Director"

In addition to this free event, we will also be giving away one free in-depth microbiome analysis test!

This event is free but seating is limited- register today!
