The Guerrilla Girls: Anonymous Activists
You are invited to spend an evening with celebrated arts activists
The Guerrilla Girls
Since forming in 1980s New York City, this gorilla-costumed feminist performance and publishing collective has employed facts and humor to expose discrimination in art, media and popular culture. On this 30th anniversary tour, original members are retracing their legacy and inspiring new generations of activists. The event will include a multimedia presentation and Q&A session. NOTE: This presentation may contain mature themes inappropriate for some audiences.
A University Series event presented by the Department of Art & Design.
