The Green Tent - A Missouri Women in Cannabis Networking Event-STL Edition

A gathering for women in the Missouri cannabis industry to come together, network, find ways to support each other and the industry as a whole and have some fun together in the process!

The Red Tent is a movement that calls women of all ages to come together to celebrate the feminine. We take the idea of the "Red Tent" and transform it into the GREEN TENT. A gathering for women in the cannabis industry to come together, network and find ways to support the industry as a whole and each other with positivity. This is a night to come together talk, eat, drink, have fun and share wisdom.

In Native American culture, the women would leave their families, homes and daily chores to come together during their moon time (Hence the color, Red). They would talk, tell stories and explore their creative interests together. It was a time of rest and retreat, honoring this feminine and each other. In fact, it was believed that women during this time were wiser and more intuitive. The men of the tribe would often come to the tent to ask for advice, insight and guidance.

As women in the cannabis industry, we have an opportunity to do this within our industry and make a difference for patients in need and help direct the industry in a way that is positive and productive.
