My name is Yianni and I'm the owner of Jimbo’s Restaurant & Bar, a Greek restaurant located in Astoria, Queens. We’re a family owned restaurant that believers in the freshness of our food. Me and my brother go to the Fulton fish market at 3:00am to buy the first catches of the day. We make sure the fish was healthy when alive through various methods.
Jimbo is the nickname of my father, Dimitrios. He, along with my brother Peter and I are the owners of the restaurant. We import certain fish from the oceans of Australia, Japan and Thailand to ensure great taste and healthy. We also import our olives and cheese straight from our homeland, Greece. Lastly, we have chefs from various backgrounds, who complement each other and make a variety of fresh and delicious dishes.
