FAQs

How can educators, nonprofits, and for-profit organizations connect with other educators and schools during the Global Education Fair?

Individual educators can promote specific projects. Organizations and companies can promote their work and programs as well to educators during the Global Education Fair.

Here is how it works:

  1. Presenting organizations, companies, and consultants produce a short video overview of their project or organization. This will be housed in a gallery on the Global Education Fair website as a way for interested individuals to preview participating groups. Videos should be kept under 10 minutes and do not need to be heavily produced.

  2. Ideally, participating organizations will have programs, products, and services that tie directly to the development of global competencies in students and teachers. Presenting organizations should demonstrate how they can help bring the world to classrooms and schools.

  3. Educators from non-profit schools are also welcome to publicize specific projects and initiatives.

  4. Presenting organizations will then host drop-in virtual information sessions for up to 8 blocks within the Global Education Fair schedule.

  5. Presenters will sign up for time slots during the Global Education Fair and their schedules will appear on a main Global Education Fair calendar.

  6. Educators who attend the fair will view video overviews and select sessions to attend from the aforementioned online calendar. They then will be able to learn more about high-quality global education programs and ask questions of representatives from participating organizations.

  7. Additionally, educators can leave feedback for presenters via an online form and this information will be sent to participating organizations after the event.

  8. After the conclusion of the event, participating presenters will receive a copy of any specific feedback provided by attendees and a list of all registrants.
