One-day masterclass aims:
To help senior leaders understand and set the strategic direction to:
- Increase the number of women in leadership
- Develop a more inclusive culture
- Ultimately leading to a more productive and profitable organisation.

Male and female senior leaders, HR Directors, Equality and Diversity leads, OD and Learning and Development Directors, from public and private sector organisations, together with existing The Glass Lift Members.

The day masterclass will be followed by an opportunity for informal networking and discussion with The Glass Lift team, ELEVATE Members and our guest speaker (full details to be confirmed). Starting at 5.30pm the early evening session will finish at 7.00pm.
Follow up two-hour consultation included:
As part of this masterclass delegates will have the opportunity to book a follow-up session of up to two hours with members of The Glass Lift team, who will support you in the development of your strategic approach. This session may be held at your office up to three months after the workshop date and can involve other members of your organisation.
Margaret Davies, Occupational Psychologist & Director, The Glass Lift
Margaret Davies is a registered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience of facilitating behavioural change in a range of organisations across industry sectors. She has particular expertise in the area of leadership and gender factors.
She is an associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, an affiliate of Exeter University Business School Centre for Leadership Studies (CLS) and a business partner of Bristol Business School. She had a successful first career working as a senior marketing manager for a number of large companies including Microsoft Ltd.
Margaret’s experience, knowledge and drive gives her a unique insight into how to challenge mind sets and increase the number of women breaking through the glass ceiling. Margaret will be supported by other members of The Glass Lift team.
