This class is designed to meet the unique educational needs of our expectant moms, these highly informative series of classes will prepare you for your baby's arrival. It will cover what every mommy-to-be should know about the last trimester of pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum and baby care.

All instructors are certified Childbirth Educators. This class is not affiliated with any specific birthing practice (Lamaze, Bradley Method, Hypnobirthing etc). This class covers what to expect prior, during and after your labor and delivery.
Location: This class is held in the new Florida Hospital for Women. 1st Floor, Women's Community Education Center at 601 E. Rollins St., Orlando, FL 32803. Please park in the Alden Garage located at 2328 Alden Rd. The walkway into the hospital is on the 3rd level of the garage. Follow the signs for Florida Hospital for Women. The classroom is to the left at the bottom of the escalator.
Driving Directions: From I-4 West take the Princeton Street exit. Turn Left onto E. Princeton Street. Turn Left on Alden Rd. and enter the garage on the Left. From I-4 East take Princeton Street exit. Turn right onto E. Princeton Street. Turn Left on Alden Rd. and enter the garage on the Left.
What to bring: Sweater
Cost: The cost of the Series is $75 per couple.
Please note: Since the class is geared for adults we ask that you make other arrangements for your children
