The GetStrong Fitness Sweat Club is a weekly outdoor boot-camp featuring the hottest DJ workout music mixes combined with HIIT circuits and light tools like resistance bands, training ropes and kettlebells! We add in fast paced finishers to burn fat, build toned strong muscles and make you drip sweat! Each Sweat Club workout is $11, which covers two sessions and one fundamental movement assessment-where Sweat Club Personal Trainers provide your BMI, Body Fat Percentage, and target heart rate training zone!
