Event description
Grow a personal, household, and congregational culture of sharing and transformation.

About this Event

Grow a spirit of generosity through multi-generational interaction and conversation about stewardship practices and god’s stories of generosity. At this introductory workshop, we will explore a language and model for teaching and practicing generosity, with a goal to have households joyfully practicing generosity, supported by the community of faith and all generations.

Led by Karen Kretschmann, Associate for Generosity in the Delaware-Maryland Synod. She will teach and model new cross+generational activities to immediately take back to congregations for worship, education, stewardship and service use.

This training encourages mixed-age teams from congregations throughout our synod. Through this training we will build a network of peers across the congregations and synod staff and be blessed and sent on your way to share god’s generosity.

Come, see what generosity can do for congregations through the generosity project!

To learn more about the generosity project, feel free to check out their facebook page.

Optional Add-On:

Sunday, October 6, 9:15 AM @ Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church (641 Zimmer Hill Rd, Greenock, PA 15047). Worship service follows at 10:45 AM.
