Description

The Bachchao Project is an India-based organization working on leveraging the power of technology to solve the issues gender violence. We are in San Francisco right now and would like to invite you to join us for a meetup about using and creating technology to support initiatives combating gendered violence .

During this event we intend to do the following
22nd April from 3pm to 5:30 pm : Story Sharing : We would like to share and hear stories of gender violence activism, and how technology does (and doesn't) play a role in it.
23rd April from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm : Building tools : We would like to discuss and share practices in design, implementation, security, and data to then document a set of best practices.
Please bring cash with you to chip in for a group lunch. Ample coffee and water are provided!

Location: We're at the 16th and Mission BART stop, walking towards the Victoria Theater on 16th on the right-hand side. Call up to suite 300/Aspiration on the door and we'll buzz you in.
