Join the Gathering every 4th Wednesday
The Gathering
The Vision30 Gathering is a community lunch for anyone passionate about keeping kids safe and families strong.
It’s designed to spark collaboration and offer education that leads to action and real impact for the kids and families in our region. The event is aligned the goals of Vision30,
The May Gathering is surrounded by all-day sessions for care givers (do you care for kids in any way- this is for you!) You can come to as many or as few parts of the day as you want. Anyone welcome. Register for the Vision30 Caregiver Summit here.
Our topic for the May Gathering lunch is going to be on the The Science of Resilience, to helps caregivers and human services workers understand how the brain responds to stress, emotion, and attention so they can support others with greater insight and confidence. Blending practical neuroscience with real-world application, we hope to offer an encouraging, trauma-informed perspective on behavior regulation, emotional well-being, and the skills that help people recover, adapt, and thrive in everyday life.
The lunches are held the 4th Wednesday of each month, January-October. Doors open at 11:45am and the event starts at noon. The locations and topics vary. To be on our invite list, email vision30@five18.org .
Make sure to RSVP so we can have lunch (free!) ready for you.
