From the creators of The Waldo Waldo 5K, come a new silly adventure!

The Gallop 5K will be held on Saturday, October 19th at Rock Ledge Ranch and Garden of the Gods.

Trot, Gallop or Stampede through one of the most beautiful national landmarks in Colorado. This family-friendly stick-horse 5K is an untimed, one-of-a-kind event will be a spectacular experience through the Garden of the Gods. It’s the official Colorado Adventure you won’t want to miss, plus you can feel good about giving back. Each registered participant will receive an official stick-horse. Yes, a stick-horse. Can you imagine?! You get to gallop through the iconic Garden of the Gods with red sandstone formations to your side, the dramatic Colorado sky, magnificent Pikes Peak to the west, fall in the air, and of course your trusty companion stick horse by your side. The Garden of the Gods Gallop 5K is also a great way for participants to get excited about Colorado Springs, nature, community, health and doing silly, fun things for a good cause. It’s great way for families to connect on a beautiful Colorado day while coming together for a fantastic local cause.

More information about the event can be found at

**** Each booth fee is $150 unless you have a special invite or you are a sponsor. This does not include a tent or table. You must supply these items. ****

Requirements and details

* Expo Partners must begin setup no later than 6:30 a.m. (If you are late there there is a chance we cannot get you set up.) Participants begin to arrive around 7:00 am.

* A location map will be sent to you about a week prior.

* Each expo partner is required to have an interactive component to their booth. Engaging activities that relate to your mission are an excellent way to go, but even just fun activities such as beanbag toss, prize wheels, face painting, clay, painting, pictures, etc. are acceptable. Participants also love freebies. The more creative the better! We’re happy to help brainstorm ideas. (If you have food, that's interactive enough!)* Expo partners are expected to remain at the park for the duration of the event.

* Each vendor is provided a 12 ft x 12 ft space. You are responsible for bringing your own tent, table(s), chair(s) and power. If you require power, you MUST use a generator which is a whisper model and has low emissions. We reserve the right to remover your generator if its loud or putting off smoke. If you require more space, please let us know and we will make arrangements.
* Expo partners are expected to break down their booths and clean their areas at the end of the event.

* PARKING located west of 30th Street just south of Rock Ledge Ranch. Many thanks to the Pleasant Valley home owners for allowing us to park in their neighborhood.

Exhibitor partners are allowed to sell items at the event, however you must collect your own sales tax. We ask that a modest percentage of your sales to be given back to our cause.

If you have any other questions please contact me! Thanks again and we look forward to having you at this ONE OF A KIND Colorado Adventure!

Waldo Waldo, Inc.

We bring people together for a super fun, one-of-a-kind, Colorado Springs event that raises money for local community needs, especially supporting natural disaster relief, fire recovery efforts, and trails and open space maintenance in Colorado Springs and the surrounding community. The run was first set up in 2012 as a response to the Waldo Canyon Fire. In the years since, we've had thousands of participants dressed as Waldo or Wenda, and raised over $230,000 for local nonprofits.

Additional Support

Additional event coordination support is provided by some of the most dedicated, talented, amazing volunteers in the state of Colorado.
