What started as seven close friends in room 742 at Westwood College 2001 with original germ of an idea for a graphic design company that would flood the market place with clothing and signage, 742 Marketing formally known as “sevenfourty2” has become a unique lifestyle brand that wasn’t seen on the U.S. market. With a distinct vision, and armed with knowledge of a hobby that became a passion, Jeff Maldonado, the last of the seven, took to the market place and has created a brand that is synonymous, with not only brand loyalty but allowing his vision to bring new brands to the market place as well. Armed with his determination and the need to make a name for himself, he began to get small successes and became the face of brand that is now, a decade later, taking its rightful place in the automotive equipment industry. He’s proving that hard work and determination does pay off as the company is striving daily and adding clients annually
ABOUT THE OWNER:
Proving that the American dream is a reality, Jeff Maldonado is product of Guatemalan parents, having immigrated to United States at the age of 5. Having successes in high school and going onto graduating with an AA from WESTWOOD COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY in GRAPHIC DESIGN & MULTIMEDIA, he has extensive retail experience and a grassroots entrepreneurship experience with the sole goal of success. He’s not only a successful leader, he is always encouraging other’s successes and mentors those who want equaled success. But most importantly he’s a family man, who remains humble and knows his priorities on his day to day routine.
