ELUSIVE WORLD OF REMOTE WORK Is teleworking a new freedom in the realm of decent work or a fast way forward into platformization of work?

About this Event

The third national conference ‘The Elusive World of Remote Work’ will look into the phenomenon of remote work and examine potential future scenarios, opportunities, and consequences of the mass transition to teleworking due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The question in our focus this year will be – is teleworking a new freedom in the realm of decent work or a fast-track to the platformisation of work?

This year’s conference ‘The Elusive World of Remote Work, Home Edition’ is brought to you online via Zoom on 25 November 2020 in line with both safety measures due to the pandemic as well as in homage to the topic itself. Conference start is at noon (12 am CET).

Official languages of the conference are Serbian and English and there will be translation provided.

The registration will be open by November 24, 2020.

How to access the FOW2020?

To successfully join us on November 25 via Zoom Meeting you need to register on the button above. Once you start the registration process you will be asked to fulfill your data. Don't forget to type your email address so we can send you an access link to the FOW2020 event in a timely manner.

After the registration, you need to select one working group you will take part in.

Working group #1 - Work life balance and the right to disconnect

Working group #2 - Labour supervision: workers' and employers' rights

Working group #3 - Labour costs and safety at work in teleworking

*Please note that the working groups will be divided into three separate sessions by Zoom breakout rooms, so choose only one .
