Description

Screenwriters' Workshop and Michael Wiese Productions will sponsor a panel discussion and meet and greet event. The meet and greet will start with socializing at 6:30 PM and a panel discussion of national leaders in the field of screenwriting.

The event will feature Minnesota screenwriter Thomas Pope who has written scripts for several filmakers including Francis Coppola, Ridley Scott, Barry Levinson, Robert Redford, Penny Marshall, Frank Oz, and Wim Wenders, as well as written several books, including a college text, Good and Bad Scripts. Pope is a Professor at Minneapolis College of Art and Design and a frequent speaker at the International Conference on Screenwriting.
