Starting in the Central buying team in Paris she joined the European Client Services in Brussels, where she launched multiple European omnichannel projects. After moving to London, she joined the Ralph Lauren European flagship team in 2017 and worked with all 75 team members on transforming the overall experience in store. Since last year, she’s been at Farfetch working on their Augmented Retail strategy which is about the future of retail where tech augments the human element of luxury.

Amanda Dyjecinski, Investor

is a freelance marketing consultant and has been an Angel investor for over 5 years. She invests predominately in female founders because they receive significantly less investment then male founders and she wants to help level the playing field. She invested in Findra, a premium outdoor leisurewear brand based on the natural qualities of merino wool. She also invested in Vivobarefoot a barefoot shoe brand and BigCouch who developed 'FilmChain' a blockchain solution for film revenue payments. Through the Princes Trust she also mentors Quillattire, a sustainable unsex streetwear brand. Jay Short, Co-Founder and Client Services Director at Solarflare Studio.

He has started Solarflare Studio with some of the best technical and creative minds with an aim of helping clients to initially educate themselves around the possibilities and limitations of new technologies before they spend vast amounts of money on something that potentially delivers no strategic value. Jay has a genuine passion in discussing not only the commercial side of technology, but also the psychological impacts in a world where we have simultaneously never been more and less connected and what this means for brands.
