What would it mean to have a superhuman sense of smell? How can we design for a technologically enhanced "post-nose"? What is the role of olfaction design in immersive technologies (including neuroprosthetics and Virtual Reality)?
Selwa Sweidan presents research and design at the intersection of wearable technology, brain computer interfaces (BCI) and the sense of smell. She takes the audience through work which explores approaches to prototyping and designing for an augmented nose technology. Presentation followed by conversation with audience.
