This follow-up to our July 2025 gathering features lightning talks on pressing topics shaping the future of media development—from new monetization models and donor transitions to the rise of influencers, creator economies, and alternative metrics of success.

We’ll close by launching a new Working Group on the Future of Media Development, with plans to co-create a roadmap toward IAMCR Galway 2026 and other strategic milestones.
