Description

Creating the new standard for Corporate Learning

Are your interested in Learning & Development? Do you want to help your team develop their skills and accelerate learning in your organization? Come and join us for a lively discussion with experts in the field. We will kick off the evening by sharing the results of the Fabernovel study “The Future of Corporate Learning”, for which we interviewed dozens of actors who are currently reshaping the learning experience in innovative organizations.

We will then open the discussion to panelists from the L&D space and to our audience.

We will discuss in particular:

- What can large organizations do to prioritize talent development initiatives?
- How can they develop a culture of organic learning?
- What has worked well for professional learning in startup teams and how can large organizations learn from that?
