The Hon. Mark Golding, M.P. who is leading a delegation on a Diaspora tour to mark Jamaica's Diamond Jubilee, will address regional issues related to Caribbean regional integration to a largely Caribbean audience in the DMV area. The Guest Speaker will be introduced by the Hon. Lisa Hanna, M.P. who will also give remarks on Diaspora engagement
