The Fox Run 4 Wild Woman Weekend

JULY 19 - 20 - 21 2019

The Fox Run Weekend womxn's only camping event taking place in the backwoods of Lancaster County, PA.

Join us for a fun filled weekend of good company, filled with camping, music, friendships, and adventure and more! Throughout the weekend, womxn will find themselves among an ever-growing community of strong and inspring humans. There will be some of the best makers, as well as booths showcasing amazing hand made products, sponsorship merchandise, live music/entertainment, raffles, games and many other fun surprises!

FRIDAY, July 19, 2019

11 AM - Staff, Vendor & Volunteer Meeting

Volunteers: after the meeting please check in to get your shift information/landyard.

3:00 PM - 8 PM EST – GATES OPEN TO GENERAL ADMISSION

Registration: When arriving, please register at the main tent, you can pick up your lanyard and proceed to the camp area. (No Car Camping In The Wooded Area - Please Follow Signs For Car Parking)

6 PM - Opening Ceremony - Join Us By The Fire

7-8 PM - Inaugural Potluck (Vegan Options Available)

****We are doing things a little differently this year, We are really going to hone in on our sisterhood and focus on having the best damn potluck anyone has ever seen. (This will be the only hot food onsite for now) When planning for this feel free to bring stuff for breakfast, dinner or both to share. (We will have limited power strips so please bring extra if you need to plug a crock-pot or warmer in) We will have a makeshift kitchen on-site to share. Whether it be a few apples, to a bottle of homemade whatever... We ask that you bring something to share, but if you can't we get it :) Volunteers are welcome to help monitor this!


7 PM - 8 PM - Raffle Part 1

Since our raffle table is usually epic, we're splitting it into 2 nights. Just a few smaller items, Big Items will be called out Saturday.

Is my registration/ticket transferable? No.

Can I update my registration information? You can update the information on your order (like name, email address, or answers to the organizer's questions) by clicking your order on the Tickets page. If you don't see an "Edit" link after selecting your order, the event organizer has disabled attendees' ability to change order information. Here, you can send a message to the organizer by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of the event listing. Also, if you entered a typo for your email, you can easily log in with the typo'd email address and password to update the email address on your Eventbrite account. If you don't recall the typo'd email address, you'll want to reach out to the event organizer to request they update the information on your order.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Please have your ID on hand. Printed tickets are not needed.

What is the refund policy? Sorry, no refunds. Thank you for helping make this event possible.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? No. We need your valid ID, so please make sure when registering to put your given name (name on your ID) so we can find you on our master list. Questions or Concerns? Please e-mail us ASAP.

When do I get my Swag Bag? Swag Bags can be picked up at the registration tent when you arrive at the event. We have your name on the list.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Must be 21 or older to attend.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? MOTORCYCLES & CARS: Proceed to the registration booth, pick up wristbands and sign waiver. You will be directed to parking and camping.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

BRING

  • Yourself
  • Your Bike
  • CASH & CREDIT CARDS
  • A Reusable Water Bottle (We will have water to refill on site)
  • Bring anything you NEED to camp for the weekend (external chargers, food, tent, credit cards, cash). NO ATM’S ON SITE.
  • While there will be food trucks on site and beer until we run out, feel free to bring snacks, etc.
  • Please clean up after yourself
  • Rain gear
  • Swimsuit
  • Pets are allowed (please clean up after them and keep them on a leash at all times. If your dog is aggressive, please don't bring it.)

DON'T BRING

  • NO MEN (Sorry, guys)
  • No bad attitudes or drama mama
  • No fireworks (bummer)
  • No commercial photography (unless approved by THEFOXRUN&CO). Instagram IS OKAY.
  • No ATV’s or mini bikes.
  • No hot doggin or burn outs in the campgrounds
