Technology transfer has entered into a state of acceleration where pressures to get innovations "out the door" are increasing. Finding licensing for the technologies is not only difficult, but time consuming, due to the complexity of process. Never before has marketing played such a critical role in successful innovation collaboration. We explore some of the more prevalent concepts used for marketing innovations and how they can be implemented by TTOs.
