The FMDSA 10th Annual Meeting
Registration and a welcome reception will be held the evening of Friday, May 19th at the Wyndham Hotel.
On Saturday morning, May 20th registration will be open during breakfast, times to be announced. A light breakfast and lunch are included in your registration fee.
The meeting will start promptly at 8:00am and conclude at 4pm.

*Cancellation Policy *In the event that you need to cancel your participation, your registration fee minus a $25.00 administrative fee per registration will be refunded when written notification is received before April 14th, 2017. After that date there will be no refunds issued.
FMDSA is an Offical Charity of the Cleveland Marathon To be held the same weekend as the FMDSA Annual Meeting. We are putting together teams of runners and walkers to participate in the marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K and kids run. If are registering to run any of the races please join Group Code: RUN4FMDSA
We are also looking for 25 volunteers to work at our water station on Sunday May 21st, the day after after the annual meeting. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket if you are unable to attend.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we will have a master list of all attendees.
