Event description
A workshop you don't want to miss! Only requires a pencil, blank sheet of paper and an imagination!

About this event

Join us for an inspiring and informative presentation on how to cultivate the creative flow state. This program is perfect for anyone who needs to press reset in the workplace, whether you are battling burnout, low energy or a lack of creative inspiration. Phim will walk you through a meditation before leading a short seminar on how to get back to the flow state.

Relevant topics that will be covered include: building and enforcing boundaries in the workplace, the power and impact of safe spaces when it comes to management styles, team dynamics and creative productivity. All that is required for this workshop is a blank sheet of paper and writing utensil.

Start the year fresh with a more peaceful and inspired creative state of mind.
