What does my ticket include?

Accepted Answer

Each ticket admits two people, strictly a mother and child pair, to the class. Each person is entitled to an Angelhue Beauty lipstick or lipgloss, and on OMNO sample deodorant.  A stalk of crotchet flower would be given to the mother.

Are refunds available?

No, all purchases are final and no refunds will be provided.

Question 3

What should we bring to the class?

Accepted Answer

Please bring grip socks as they are compulsory for the class. The Flow Playground has all the rights to reject anyone without grip socks.

Question 4

Can I bring someone other than my mother or child?

Accepted Answer

No, this event is exclusively for mother and child pairs. Other relatives or friends, including fathers, are not permitted and will be turned away at the door.

What if I or my mother/child have specific fitness levels or health concerns?

Accepted Answer

The class is designed for all fitness levels. Please inform the instructor of any health concerns before the class starts so they can provide modifications.

Question 6

What happens if we arrive late?

Accepted Answer

There is a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please note that first-time participants are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts to complete necessary preparations and introductions.

How long is the class, and what can we expect?

Accepted Answer

The class lasts approximately 50 minutes and includes a variety of Pilates exercises tailored to all skill levels, ensuring both fun and a great workout.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the open air carpark at Maxwell Station (behind the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple). However, it's advisable to arrive early to secure a spot as space may be limited.

What should we wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for movement. Remember, grip socks are mandatory for safety.

Can we take photos/videos during the class?

Accepted Answer

Yes, photos are allowed, but please ensure they do not disrupt the class or other participants' experience.
