The Flame of Wellness ~ A Vitalizing Two -Day Retreat
February 18 from 10:00 am—6:00 pm
February 19 from 11:30 am—6:30 pm
In this fun, empowering and inspirational daytime retreat, we will strengthen our Hearts and Spiritual Centers, heal old wounds, deepen relationship skills, activate dreams, explore how emotions affect eating habits, learn about food cravings and how to satisfy your needs with Mindful Eating and learn about Pilates and organization. We will also enjoy a cooking class that will teach us how to prepare healthy sweet snacks and desserts. Gluten-free, Vegan and some Raw, and we will experience a potent Empowerment Ritual to enrich our lives and more strongly activate our visions and dreams for the years ahead. Healthy lunches and snacks will be provided.
