The Tampa Bay Healthcare Collaborative and the Wellness Council of Tampa Bay are pleased to present the 5th Annual Health and Wellness Conference entitled "The Five Pillars of a Thriving Organization and Community" featuring Dee Edington, Ph.D., Founder and CEO at Edington Associates. Dr. Edington is Founder and Professor of the University of Michigan Health Management Research Center. He is author and/or co-author of over 900 articles, presentations and numerous books. His newly released book "Shared Values, Shared Results" is the foundation of his presentation at this year's conference.

Join us for a day filled with informative and interactive breakout sessions, a dynamic keynote presentation, continental breakfast, full lunch, snacks and door prizes.

Who should attend? Health and wellness professionals, college students, HR professionals, community health educators, public health professionals, and anyone interested in learning the latest in the field of workplace wellness.

The event will be held at the beautiful Student Center at the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg Campus. CEU'S will be available. Email Lori James at manager@tampabayhealth.org for details.

***If interested in parking in the USF, St. Petersburg parking garage, PLEASE complete the parking box in the registration section. Parking cost is $5.00 and you will be given a parking pass for the event. Parking registrations must be done no later that June 5th in order to receive your parking pass prior to the event***
