Dinah Mellin was classically trained on violin, then got an art degree from Wells College. Dinah joined The Cape Cod Fiddlers, and various other bands over the decades. Allegretto Outreach, a group that took music demo programs to Cape Cod schools, was something Dinah started at Snow Library, Orleans. Brick Hill House Concerts, where folks can hear every note, is Dinah’s living room. Some big-time names have performed in Dinah’s house since 2010; such as Jim Malcolm of Old Blind Dogs, Seamus Begley, Eilis Kennedy; Riley Baugus & Dirk Powell; Rocker Patti Rothberg; the list goes on.
Walter Buckingham's love and mastery of good music is suited to an unusually wide range of styles and settings. He has performed & recorded with composer/conductor John Cage at Jordan Hall, New England Conservatory, Boston, and in concert series with Tom Rush, Michael Johnson, and Aztec Two Step.
Mark O’Leary was raised on a diet of Irish songs and stories. In college he discovered a love of performing, and appeared in a number of groups, all of which eventually disbanded due to varying combinations of matrimony and fisticuffs. But the love of the music continued--and continues--and today you can occasionally hear him at sessions, farmers markets and other locations around the Cape.
Denya LeVine, fiddler, ukulele player, singer, has been a WOMR DJ since 1985. Raised on a regimen of folk, classical and ethnic music, she's been performing since her dentist asked her to sing when she was 5. A full-time entertainer for 20 plus years, and part time for decades before, she chose to cut back to half time after the pandemic. It's enough. She loves the concept of creating a shindig with Dinah, Mark and Walter.
