Description

Women are fascinating to say the least. Wouldn’t you agree? We exhibit greater strengths in the areas of: empathy, intuition, collaboration, which is why women often make better bosses; self-control, and appropriate worry.

But because of increased activity in the female brain women are more vulnerable to: Anxiety and depression, which we suffer from twice as much as men, inducing insomnia, and being unable to turn off the monkey brain (your thoughts).

Women are aging at much higher rates and becoming ill both more often and more seriously. Women are more susceptible to recurring negative thoughts, to body image struggles that all too often morph into eating disorders, and to excessive self-criticism do to perfectionism.

The female brain is complex and power. When you understand it’s uniqueness - how to care for it, how to make the most of it’s strengths, and how to overcome it’s challenges, there is no stopping you.

In this session, I will give you a clear overview of how to tame the “monkey brain”, sooth your overactive brain and decrease your risk of anxiety, depression and overall stress from the perspective of the female brain.
