THE POWER OF MARKETING TO FAMILIES
The family market is a valuable yet often underestimated source of business. In Australia parents influence 85% of all buying decisions, making this a hugely important market niche for businesses of all sizes. But if you don’t understand families, their buying needs and expectations, their sales triggers and their changing requirements as their children grow, it’s unlikely you will have success trying to sell them your products and services.
In this two hour workshop, Bree James, Founder of PakMag, Australia’s most successful regional family magazine, will share what she has learned from 10 years helping businesses to strategically market their businesses to families. The topics covered in this information rich workshop will include:
A crash course in what families need and expect from the businesses they buy from.
Where most businesses go wrong when they try to grow their share of the family market.
Making sure you have the right products and services to sell.
Getting your message right for the family market.
Communicating effectively with families.
Building long lasting loyalty.
Developing a simple strategy to increase your share of the family market.
When you leave this workshop you will be equipped with the knowledge to start building your share of the family market in a smart, strategic and cost effective way.
