Masterminds are a peer-to peer-learning environment and a proven business tool in which individuals with similar interests and experiences can learn from one another. They are an “inner circle” of individuals who face similar pressures, challenges, and concerns, and learn from the success and failures of others.
Family Business Mastermind™ meetings are designed to provide opportunity for people in family businesses to learn best practices of successful family enterprises through a shared experience. They are led by educators and professionals who have personal family businesses experience.
Our December speaker is a second-generation family CEO who will discuss the challenges & issues he faced assuming the CEO position of his family firm, the role that family values contribute in his on-going leadership, as well as how he sees the family business evolving under his watch.
Meetings are open – at no charge - to members of family businesses in the New York metropolitan area. To facilitate the open discussion upon which the mastermind depends, seating is limited.
